Winato is one of the co-founders of Provident, graduated with an Economics degree from Trisakti University. Before starting Provident, he was the Head of Investment Banking in Indonesia for Citigroup Global Markets. For 8 years, he was also the director of telecommunication sector and Vice President of Merger and Acquisition. With this role, he developed an extensive relationship with a wide array of business executives and government leaders in Southeast Asia. His key clients include some multinational companies including PT Telkom, Telekom Malaysia, Kumpulan Guthrie Berhad, Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd, L'Oreal, Nestle and Heinz. Prior to joining Citigroup, he worked for Arthur Andersen and Bank Sumitomo Niaga in Jakarta.
As one of the co-founder of Provident, Hardi earned a Degree in Accounting from Trisakti University. Since the beginning, he has been managing Tower Bersama Group as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Previously, he was Vice President of Indonesia Investment Banking and Director of PT Citigroup Securities Indonesia Citigroup, where he accomplished a number of mergers and acquisitions in Indonesia, including advising PT Telkom in some of its major transactions. Before joining Citigroup, he worked for Arthur Andersen Jakarta, leading his team in numerous stock market activities, business structuring, and general audit.
